Right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you acquired physical possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired physical possession of the goods.

(+48) 22 639 45 75, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. You may also complete and submit the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically on our website www.aptekasyrenka.pl If you use this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the information on withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. e-mail).

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal deadline

Consequences withdrawal from the contract
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will make the repayment using the same means of payment as you used in the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this repayment. We may withhold the repayment until we have received the goods or until you have provided us with proof of having sent them back, depending on which event occurs earliest.
Please send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
We bear the costs of returning the goods by the cheapest method of delivery (Polish Post – economy parcel)
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
