We recommend transport that guarantees the transport of medicines at a temperature of 15°C - 25°C.

A specialized courier guarantees the safe transport of medicines at a temperature of 15°C - 25°C.

The post office uses its own system for monitoring air temperature during the transport of parcels, under the business name Pocztex Thermo Tracking (PTT).

It involves monitoring the temperature during the process of acceptance, transport and delivery of parcels with content permitted by the Regulations, which does not exclude medicinal products for which the law allows for sale by mail, under conditions required by law.

The transport rules applied by Poczta ensure safety against mixing the contents of parcels.

When providing the Pocztex service to pharmacies, Poczta Polska S.A. meets all requirements guaranteeing the safety of these parcels, including monitoring temperature conditions so that the temperature of the parcel does not exceed 25 degrees Celsius.

When providing Pocztex services, Poczta Polska ensures:

· protection of parcels against organic contamination and mechanical damage, as well as against microorganisms and pests;

· conditions preventing mixing the contents of parcels;

· conditions protecting against contamination of the contents of parcels;

· conditions preventing access to parcels by unauthorized persons;

· security of shipments, including monitoring temperature conditions so that the shipment temperature does not exceed 25 degrees Celsius.

Poczta Polska S.A. has introduced a procedure for examining temperature fluctuations and proceedings in the event of exceeding 25 degrees Celsius.

In addition, Poczta Polska S.A. conducts internal inspections, the purpose of which is to monitor and ensure the principles of service implementation using the Pocztex Thermo Tracking system. In the event of irregularities, it takes the necessary corrective and preventive measures.
